This is an ATDC sensor failure, Auto toner density failure, due to the fact that the pages are all black would probably indicate that charge also is dirty?

Without looking at the machine in person, its hard to tell. Good luck

to remove code "COF32" from your machine, simply change the developer with the new one. code will remove.

REMEDY TO SOLVING ERRORS COF32 AND CO650 IN KONICA MINOLTA BIZHUB 211.
C0650 code is the scanner lamp home sensor is not working so the copier does not know where the scanner is clean first will require removal of the orginal glass (large one) the other code is the image unit, has it been replaced or repaired recently. To fix mite require a new image unit

The excess toner is under cleaning blade.Posible you emptied the developer.COF 32 ATDC sensor malfunctions.Tray ATDC gain level from 155 to 168.

You must have cleaned the developer in the right side of the image unit, the reason for the code because the sensor doesn't detect toner and developer. You don't mension the make and the model, I presume is a Minolta. If you tell me ,I can tell you how to sort that out.
