You apparently have an incomplete/damaged Windows Update in progress. Windows Update frequently reboots the computer upon completion. A discussion of corrective action is here:

There may be bad sector on your hard disk, n probably that bad sectors holds the vital windows file.. due to this the windows is not able to load.. format the hard disk, and reinstall windows..

No, I didn't install anything. There is no title to the window.
I don't have the disk to reinstall windows.
did you install any software after which this problem came ? and what is the window title of the program which is updating ?
