20 + 01 = Maintenance counter clear
24 + 07 = Drum counter clear

U2 is normally a user error (hence U) check that all the doors are closed fully and just recheck the toner installation. If this is all correct it might be a slight possibility that the toner cart is faulty.

on this code you may have to clean out the developing unit and start with fresh developer. Make sure the developer unit is not leaking from one of the bearings. You may need a tech for this one...

SOURCE: Sharp AR-M160 H4 error code

Clearing a trouble code on a AR-M160 is a little different than the AR160.

Try "#" "interrupt" "clear" "interupt" "1" "4" "start key"

This should clear the error. Even if you replace the fusion unit you will need this code to clear the error

chack the fusing units the thermistor is open
&thermistor abnormality chack the harness and the
connector between the thermistor and the pwb
use simulation mode(# interaput c interaput )
preas the 14 toclear the self diagnostc dis play

enter the simulation mode:
"#" key Interrupt key "C" key Interrupt key
press 14 and START key
the copier should restart in most cases.

if not:
There is a problem in the fusing area, bad Thermistor, defective ThermalFuse, defective heating lamp.
