I have three users in our single computer. However, I can't open my MS Office Word 2007 from one of the users and instead a prompt appears "that it has not been installed and run the set up to install application" which I did but same prompt appears.
I would appreciate if there is anyone who can advice me on this ?

just installed Microsoft Office 2007 but Can't open MS Word from a second user of same PC. I did re-install it from the second user account but same thing.

.docx file is office 2007 word doucment file, It cannot open MS office version below 2007. For solving this problem You can save .doc file in MS 2007, like this save as word 97-2003.
