Most likely the Program Mode does not copy joystick info.

SOURCE: korg pa-50 no sound from right speaker but has sound from left

Several things to check:

If the speakers are cut off when externaal cables are connected to line outs, possibly the jack sensing switch for the right channel thinks that a plug is in there... you might cycle one in and out to see if that might fix.

Another thing is they LIKELY have a PAN control setting and it might be set full left. The external MP3 would NOT be under PAN control, only the keyboard voices would be affected by it.

SOURCE: I am trying to get the LED darker so I can see it

Try as you might, there doesn't seem to be a contrast control on this unit.

Things to try:

Shielding from light.

Polarizer similar to those used for privacy on computer screens.

Try a color filter, possibly orange.

Maybe a good old umbrella as silly as it sounds... there just isn't any way to darken the display.

The display by the way is NOT and LED, but a LCD on this unit.

SOURCE: I can`t load the OS in my KORG PA 80. No way to make it work. I think than the problem is the mother board.

Have you tried it with batteries? Are you sure the power supply is working correctly? It should not need the OS to operate as a keyboard disconnected from the computer.

The cable connection is just a MIDI cable that uses opto-isolators so the 2 items are electrically isolated from each other. The software driver for the Korg should load without problem. The Korg program itself may be looking for inputs that are not there when the keyboard is off and the program itself reaches a stop command.

If the PA80 will not work on just the power supply- the power supply can be the fault- it has an internal fuse. Finding a similar supply with the same coaxial plug wired the same polarity is the way to test it if the battery option is not available.
