did you try programming a new code, maybe it will override the old one.

Thanks for the hints.
I've done both the initalize and Clear Memory options , but neither reset the admin pin#
It is a 4 digit pin and is not 0000 or 1111 or 1234 as you may expect when reseting. Can't seem to find a default pin either!
The problem is, as soon as the copier is turned on, a screen comes up asking for an admin code/pin. No other buttong on the copier are functional except the numeric pad and the access Key.
Any other suggestions would be very welcome!
