Head cleaning unit jammed also known as "purge unit"

Hi, Apparently that error code means that the the cartridge is jammed, check that there are no bits of stuff stuck there and try to maybe remove the cartridge and maybe if you have any realigning software run those on it.
There seems to be a lot of people with the same and similar problems and the Canon service tech didn't seem to know what to do, and most are out of warranty too.
