I cant use any application or play any games from my phone. Each time I press to enter the game or application folder, the message pops up saying OPERATION FAILED...PLZ HELPPPPPPPPPP THNX A LOT
When i open my game and application the mobile said operation failed how can i solve this problem i can't downloads any game or softwares.please it will be kind if you help me.

After i figured out that the problem is software related, flash or memory is corrupted i came to a cell service center and reprogrammed it co'z i have no reflashing software here. from CID51 it was reconfigured to generic software. as of this moment my cell has no problem.

Keep the battery removed for 20 minutes, after 20 minutes, switch on and try to launch the application
