To recover your iCloud password, you can do the following steps on iPhone and iPad, which is the simplest way.
Step 1. Tap on your iPhone/iPad screen to open the Settings app. Then scroll down to tap on "iCloud".
Step 2. After entering the "iCloud" interface, you can see the option Forgot Apple ID or Password?. Tap on the option and you'll have two choices:
A. If you know your Apple ID (An Apple ID is the personal account you use to access Apple services like the App Store, iTunes Store, iCloud, iMessage, the Apple Online Store, FaceTime, and more. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in.)and cannot remember the password, then you can type in your email address and click "Next" to start the process to recover iCloud password.
B. If you forgot your Apple ID, tap on the Forgot Apple ID option and fill out the following information: Last Name, First Name and Email to recover the Apple ID, then click Next.
Note: You are supposed to answer all the security questions which is relevant to your Apple ID, and then follow the directions shown on the screen to complete the process.
After answering all the question, you can finally reset the iCloud password and then log in as usual.

the only solution is to replace the mother board which seems that you need to buy an other iphone

go to itunes put your phone safe mode by switching off then connect the cable switch on while holding the home button until itunes appear on the screen, make sure you have the latest itunes software installed in your laptop and click connect your laptop with internet and click update and install then your phone will factory reset

This moment it's hard to take off iCloud one of your options is to reach the 1st owner and ask them if they can remove the iCloud account . If not possible you can pay up to 250 to $500 depending if you find somebody one more option is you will wait until the person in the iCloud remove the phone and then you'll be able to use it I already look some people that do the job but since I don't trust those people I prefer to wait or until Apple releases an upgrade or any program to do it.
