Check the voltage to ensure that the machine is getting the proper voltage. According to this error code, the voltage supply is not consistent or the power fluctuates on the receptacle where the printer is plugged in. To provide the printer with a consistent source of "computer grade power", read the notes below:
Most printers require "computer grade voltage".
The best way to supply "computer grade voltage is to use an APC battery backup. Ensure that the battery backup is capable of running the proper amperage needing by the printer. (check the printer specifications).

You might contact APC to see if they will allow you to try a Battery Backup to see if it will correct the power problem.
Find a supplier that will enable you to return the product if that does not fix the discrepancy. (usually a well known electronics or dept. store that will accept returns with a receipt within "x" number of days);
That will enable you to test the battery backup with the printer to see if it fixes the problem.
