Gain error. This will probably need an authorized Oce technician to re-calibrate the gain level. You could try with the calibration chart, but that probably won't work if the gain level is too far out of range.

A part of a piece of paper is jammed somewhere along the "path" that the paper must travel. Take the printer to a certified technician, and have them repair it. Perhaps, the "warranty" will pay for the repairs, or will provide a replacement ???
We have a Canon IR 2016 J and in a beginning in the dispaly appears the message "Download Stanby" then after we replaced the PCB board appeared the message "System Error E354" what should we do to solve this problem, and if it is possible to send us the Service Manual with error codes for Canon IR 2016
