Apex brand has no setup codes with AT&T remotes.

This might not work, if the TV and U-verse cable are using different formats of communications.

It is very difficut to get a substitute remote control for your ILO TV. Anyway try these codes with your present remote control. These codes are with AT&T U-verse remote for ILO TV. The codes are:
1412, 1435, 1436
If these codes does not work with your ILO TV, buy one AT&T U-VERSE remote control. It will match for it. OK.

I also had this problem. I talked to an AT&T technical support guy over the phone yesterday, and he told me some weird instructions. The TV was responsive to the controller but we couldn't get it to work. About an hour ago I called Hannspree technical support and they told me codes to control my AT&T receiver with their remote. I just tried the codes for my AT&T U-verse remote, just to see if they would work anyhow, AND THEY DID! Unfortunately, the codes will control the TV entirely, except turning it on.... (it does turn it off though) If these codes are of any use to you, they are: 1004 and 1018 try the first one, and if doesn't work, try the second one. If you are new to the AT&T U-verse world, these are the instructions: *Turn on your TV first 1)Hold the TV button on the AT&T remote 2)While holding, hold the OK button 3)Now release both of them 4)All the mode buttons while now flash twice (You will now have 6 seconds to do step 5, if not they will do a long flash, indicating to start over) 5)Now, quickly, type in the combination (in this case, 1004, or 1018) 6)The TV button will flash 3 times if it works, or a long flash if it doesn't 7)Now point the remote to the TV and press Power. If it turns off, IT WORKED! *Remember, these codes are the only codes I know of and they took forever to find, and they aren't supposed to work with the AT&T U-verse remote, but they did. The only defect is you can't turn ON the TV with the AT&T U-verse remote, but you can do everything else (YOU CAN TURN IT OFF)

Try 1431 - it's a Poloroid code since some Memorex tvs are similar

I use my Directv remote to change the channel. What you have to do is go the your direct tv remote go to setup then go to remote then look for tv brand Citizen then follow the direction the menu tells you to do. It works fine. You can use Tv Brand Citizen, Concerto, Luxman They work with any u-verse remote 4 digit code 0056 5 digit code 10056

Use the code search method. MANY TV's are branded from a few suppliers. Emerson has about 50 codes!
