Turn off the printer and remove power to the printer. Job will be stored in printers memory. Go to p.c you printed from and check printer queue see if job is in printer queue on p.c as well and then delete from queue. If it does not delete from the queue go to if windows p.c the services under control panel and stop and restart the spooler service.if print job is stuck in the printer queue.
