The only way that i know of to get past that is completly unhook the deck for like a night and hope it resets. some wont reset because it holds memory even when pulled out but it worth a try

I forgot my xbox pass code

Set an Xbox LIVE pass code

Go to My Xbox, and open your profile.
Select Manage Account.
Select Xbox LIVE Pass Code.
On your controller, enter a four-button code by pressing X, Y, the triggers, the bumpers, and the directional pad.
Enter your code again to confirm it.

To reset your pass code, repeat this procedure at any time.

do this:
when asked again for the pass code,
press 'select' button--> 7444 --> enter new pass code --> re-enter new pass code
it should play the DVD.
