You have to open 3 screws on top and 4 screws on the bottom. 5 other screws from the inner bottom. Slide the rotor out from the top and unscrew the small blue switches. These switches burn and get stuck together by heat. If you can loosen them then it will still work. Clean all parts when reassembling.
