You can try one of these two process's known for Nokia
1. Unlock service provider: Insert sim, turn phone on and press vol up(arrow keys) for 3 seconds, should say pin code. Press C,then press * message should flash, press * again and 04*pin*pin*pin# \
2. *#7328748263373738# resets security code
Hope this helps, if not you need to post your IMEI number located under the battery, or remove the sim card and press #06# and it will display it on the screen.
