First wash went ok without clothes, next wash with 7 kg of clothers, machine stopped in a middle of program and still dirty water inside. Shut down machine and try again --> waterpump runs 2 times and then program not starts. Got water out manually, added base water, started again same problem. Pushed 2 buttons to get error code into the screen which is E57? Any ideas how to continue? Machine is 2 days old and i don't want to wait 3 days to get guarantee fellow to see same problem and diagnose issues, then 1 week to wait spare parts etc. Any idea which might be a problem with this brand new machine?
E57 Checksum failure Software error occurs - checksum failure. Non-recoverable error. Main control board must be replaced.

its in your cold water line valve to the washer if it works good with hot water the valve are incoming line being blocked when you turn it on the pressure comes in fast then when pressure is gone water slows down so when its off the pressure builds back up it runs fast then slow

motor brushes are worn and nead to be replaced easy job if you turn washer on to its side remove the 2 screws at the bottom and take off the plastic panel you can see the motor and the brushes are red plastic bits remove them and replace with new ones that should sort out the problem and cost about £25.00 to do .

With the symptoms you describe i would suspect a intermittent heater element fault as you are getting earth leakage current which is tripping the whole supply rather than a current overload which would just trip the socket circuit breaker. Get the heating element checked over first as this is the most likely cause.
