If you dont no the code than itll eventuallt go to puk code and if it does dont try to attempt more than 10 times i think or youll ned to buy a new sim card just call att and theyll give you the code it happened to me and i was so scared that my phone wouldnt work...lol but it does i just did it like 5 mins ago thou........hope this helps
