Same Issue Just upgraded to Rev O.2 RS2/6 to support a Intelliflo variable flow pump. Dual equipment with separate spa and pool pumps, shared gas heater and solar. Pump shuts off when either solar heat or spa gas heater turns on. Pump also shuts off when solar heat reaches desired temp. Seems at least on the solar, the pump shuts off long enough to allow the Jandy valve on the solar to open or close and then the pump is restarted. I'm OK with this I guess although different from the older RS2/6 version. In spa mode though, the pool pump shuts off and the spa pump shuts off. Then both power back on and then the gas heater. Seems like extra unneeded steps that the pumps shouldn't have to do. Any settings available to disable the pump shutoff when turning on gas heat?
