New Ignition Plug, Cleaned the Flame sensor, New filter, Power is going to where it needs to go as far as I know,
A 'roll-out' safety switch it a small button looking device with a smaller tab/button sticking out of it, near the gas injection manifold. has 2 wires attached. the reset button is generally between these wires. it's designed to shut the unit off, by breaking the power circuit, if flame ignition causes fire to back flash out of the fire box. Press the little button and try relighting. if the roll-out pops again, and there was no roll out of flame, you made need to replace it.
Testimonial: "the roll-out safety switch is still in place and has not popped out and has been tested with the volt meter and is testing good? what now"

disconnect the wires from the roll-out, with power off obviously, and check JUST the roll out for resistance... should read zero.
reading voltage across the roll out means the circuit is OPEN and not conducting electricity
right it reads 0.00 on both the sensor up against the back of the unit above the burners and the one behind the burners
