When printing color copies the ink is streaked all over the paper. All the ink is NOT being burned into the paper. Our contract is almost up (5 yrs) and this has been happening since we bought the machine. What is wrong with it?

this prob. is in the heater unit.it is not closed very well .
you have 2 lever rear & front of the heater , so u must to pushed down to close the upper & lower heat roller to fixing the toner.

Fuser unit or transfer belt unit or are very good possibilities. Can't believe you have had that problem since it was purchased. The warranty or contract should have covered any needed repairs. Sounds like the service provider let you down. Those machines are very easy to diagnose and service.
