I take it that you have tried EBAY ? Evertime I've been stuck for parts, there is always someone/place on EBAy selling. If not google the manufacturers and you will find if they are even available. Hope this helps.

Mixer works fine with speeds up to 6, but changing to 8-10, speed stays the same.

Sometimes can be caused by running too fast on the lower speeds. Should be 13 to 15 revolutions in 15 seconds on speed 1 then a slight increase only on speed 2.

I have dry hardened dough stuck in the motor area, i need to open it up and remove the flour which is ratteling

hi. 1. remove the screw near the cable. 2. use something sharp, small and robust to lever out the white screw cover which is underneath and in the middle. it looks like plastic moulding. 3. the screw head has a raised middle in the flat head groove. I put a medium flat head screwdriver in a vice and used a hack saw to remove some metal in the middle. it only took 15 minutes so don't be put off. unscrew. 4. lift off the cover. 5.use a toothbrush and the something pokey to clean.

I cannot get the cord on my Dualit mixer to come out very far.

The cord has twisted inside the housing and is now binding or it has slipped out ofthe housing and is wedged between the cord housing and the case. If it is still within warranty, send it in, if not, you'll need to carefully open the housing to get the cord into the cord housing.

Lever speed arm is frozen in the off position

hi i can see your problem there, if you can remove to top cover of your mixer its better cuz' you can see the slider on your speed arm spray it with WD40 rust remover, or any brand that you have wait up to 30 min' to 1 hr and try move slide arm if not try again puting some rust remover, and if it moves its better and then clean it with contact cleaner and if you don't have try lacquer thinner use brush. and dry it up to 2 to 3 hrs to be sure.
