Nsm jukebox the performer 2
Hi can someone help me please.
I have a nsm silver sky jukebox.
Inside the jukebox I press the free credit up 99 and just a couple times over now says error .
How do I reset it to fix it please wont work now
Check lift for jamming as error 73 =malfunction of cd player
take the battery out, turn it round and put it back in, switch on the
juke for a couple of seconds and then back off. Turn the battery the
right way round again and you should be able to get into the
programming. Unfortunately this does clear the memory so you will have
to re-program the juke but try these 2 bits of programming to get you
working again.
Pull the service switch and you will get P and some
numbers, press the C button till only the P remains,
Enter 60 then H
then 16 and H
Next Press C till only the P remains
Enter 70 then H then
25 and H
Put service switch back nad use the credit button near the
coin mech to clock credits and you should be able to play something.

Hi
This is a problem with the memory. Contact nsm music and ask for the IC5 battery, £35. " 2 minute job, open the jukebox, immiediatly in front of you on the main board, look for IC5, The battery is directly under the writing. A black battery about 2" in length. Replace that power up and your done. A jukebox repair will charge you some riddiculous price for this. hope this helps cheers dandares

if its just those 2 numbers try cleaning the contacts or replace the full keypad
