Msg folder wont appear in main menu bt in homescreen. if i open it, it say "msg s already in use"

As you said You deleted SOME SYSTEM FILES
Anyway you might be deleted sys file supporting to open Msg....
Now Do following....
HOLD IT until it appears/ Blinks Nokia TWICE....Or for few minutes....
YOU ARE DONE.......ENJOYYYYYYYYYYYYYY........!!!!!
