Ejection problem

My cruzer micro 2 gb will not eject. It says make sure all programs are closed. I do not see any opened when this error comes up. Can you help

this happens when there is virus in your cruzer. copy all the required data to your computer, then format the cruzer. and the copy these files to it, your problem will surely get resolved... thank you. plz rate me...
