ATDC sensor malfunction.Try to change the ATDC sensor gain adjustment value,increase or decrease.If the error persist you must be change the developer and the perform the F8(developer and ATDC semsor initialization).To reset please tell me the copier model.

How to change the drum cartdrige.

Remove the imaging unit ,remove the charge corona assy,remove the OPC drum,remove 2 screw and dump the developer out.Reinstall the imaging unit ,pull out the toner cartridge and push in toner cartride ocation the developer cartridge.Turn on the copier and wait then the copier perform the new developer initialization.Whwn the Start button in ready(green light),change the developer cartridge to toner cartridge.

Hello,
firstly you need to remove the developer and vacume the developer unit and magnetic developer roller.
Put in new developer and correct toner in toner unit.
Call service...
After replacement there is a sequence wich needs to be done, for developer initialization.

Error message SC350

Clean your charge roller and developing unit, and replace the developer, after this, go to 2801 (TD sensor initial setting) , then press start, and then to 2805 (developer initialization), after this go to 3001 press start for id sensor PWM setting.

I suppose you have the developer in the developer unit, YES????
If so you just need to do developer initialization.
Press yellow key.
press on the key pad 107.
Old red key at least 3 sec.(if you did everything well you are in SP MODE)
Press 1 (to copy sp)
Search 2 drum (one time on the left key)
Press ok
Search SP 214 Developer initialization
Press execut

I have Konica Minolta DI2510 with problem coed C0500 & C0f032

You can try to reset the C0500 error code press the soft initialization on the right side of control panel when the dot appears on the lcd after reboot press the number 3 key the mode will change to the initialization screen choose the selection for trouble reset after reboot the code will be cleared power on and of for basic screen if this dose not work you will need to replace the fuser unit
in regards to your c0f32 code the toner to carrier ratio is wrong this is caused by the wrong developer being used clean out developer unit and put correct developer in the unit

It can be dirty ID sensor it retires the image unit and it cleans it… This happens when mylar of the cleaning unit is damaged…
