You didn't say what make of printer it is. Error codes vary from printer make to printer make. Your best bet is to do a Google search for ERROR CODE 0310 NAME (NAME=name of printer).
The error code 0310 means the SOS signal is not detected within a given period of time after the output of the laser has been started.
To fix this clean the PH (laser) Unit by removing all the toner that gets inside. If that fails, you need to Replace the PH unit (p/n A034 R707 00). If the error returns again, replace the PRCB (p/n A034 H009 07).
