Other features fine. copy. printer. i am getting a message that scanner could not be initialized / not found. i even reloaded the cd w/ install that came w/ the product. I have had it a couple of years.
Ou need clean install . disconnect scanner remove all software in the add/remove area and go to device manger and remove scanner form list. then install software first,rebot, before installing scanner.should work then and for technical support contact us at http://tinyurl.com/mtgjzz
