1. uninstall the software
2.restart your computer
3. re install the software
4. rightclick on mycomputer,then properties,then hardware,then device manager,double click on the imaging devices
5.if any yellow color pointed icon appears on any devices, then right click,diable or uninstall it
6.selec ACTION from the top menu bar and select hardware changes.
7.it will detect and install other supporting drivers.
