To convert from one numeration base to another, use the baseConvert( command found in the catalog (cat)
baseConvert(number to convert, current base, expected base).
The number to convert must be positive integer (digits 0 to 9 and/or A to F). The current base and expected base can be any positive integer between 2 and 16

    For some reasons I cannot explain, the claculator accepts numbers in bases 13 and 15 but does not convert to these two bases. It gives a syntax error if the expected base is 13 or 15.

Hello,
No the calculator cannot do that.
But if you do [2nd][Pi] [EXE] then just after [2nd][tan-1][2nd][Ans] you get 1. If you use the inverse trigonometric functions you will never have a value such as pi/4 or pi or pi/2. If angle unit is set to degrees you recover the exact values of the angles (they are integers anyway.

No the calculator cannot convert decimal values into excat values.
