Err 836 means you have changed your recvr to a different dish or LNB's or your missing one or more satellites needed for your installation or programming needs. if this has been in the same location and connected tot he same dish and you dont have sats 105,or 121 listed in the install summary then you will need a technician to check your dish. It could be out of alignment or a faulty LNB.
