Installed new water pump, saw is set up and it is all plugged in, when I flip the switch to start it, all I get is a big buzz sound. Nothing moves on the saw. I have unplugged, replugged, verified water pump is connected correctly. I have it plugged into regular outlet (110 v). The outlet is functional. The saw plug is a different kind of plug, not sure. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Can you move the blade with your hand or does the blade not move at all or is the sound buzzing even with the blade spinning cuz mostly this sounds like the blade is stuck and should be able to free it by moving it by hand unplugged all the debris from the tile dust can lock up the blades sometimes if it is not cleaned properly
