Usually there are 4 to 6 screws under it holding it together. Look under the rubber pads. Remove them. The parts also snap together too.
If you have a bad keyboard there's nothing you can fix except dry it out if you spelled liquid on it.
You can get a surplus one for $5 or a new one for $20.
