Setup android in recovery mode and select load from adb.
You need to install the Android debug bridge toolkit SDK on the pc and have the right drivers for the tablet.
You may also have to alter the android ini file in your profile to match the dev id in system device manager.
Its not an easy thing to do especially on chinese no name tablets.
Then issue the command Adb sideload "filename.zip"
