Receiver is on but won't do anything. I can select my DVR & it pops up but then goes away after a few seconds. When I press guide it says error code 024 unable to access this feature data is unavailable at this time
Hi there! My name is Kimberly and I form part of the Social Media Department with DISH. It is my pleasure to help you. Please perform a hard reset on the receiver. To do a hard reset, you simply unplug the receiver from the power outlet it is connected to, leave it unplugged for 20 seconds, then plug it back in. The receiver reboot process takes about 5 minutes. Once the show is back on, try accessing your DVR again, if it is still not working, the receiver will need to be replaced. If this is still a problem, please feel free to email me at kimberly.escobar2dish.com with your account number so we can get this resolved.

Hey there! Becki Barned with Dish Network customer service here!! I am sorry for your DVR issue! To get that resolved, if it has not been already, try to unplug the receiver from the power source for 10 seconds. If thsi does not work, a new receiver may be needed.
