Reset lock code forgot

the default code is the last 4 digits of your phone number unless you have changed it. In that case maybe a retailer could flash your phone back to the default settings.

the default is either 0000 or 00000, if that didnt work, you'll have to get the phone re flashed ( re install its software at a service center) or you can search on the net how to do it. here's a site that might get you started:

The code is the last 4 digits of your phone number. I don't know why, I don't know how. I only know trhat I was trying everything I copuld think of, and that is the thing that worked.

My phone is an Alltell model that I bouight used and had flashed over to Cricket service. They did not program this code in when I bought the phone...as the sellers did not know my phone number to begin with.

But this morning, it said "locked," and I spent 1/2 hour typing in guesses. The last 4 of my phone number, worked. Who in the heck knows why...but it did.

you can call your service company and thet'll tell you, or you can do a master reset
