hi i have a big problem about the game i purchased in America the thing is the disc is not allowing me to play always coming up a sign and reading troubleshooting plez help with this problem and what should i do with the new game discs. i have already phoned a number but no one answered the call.

won't read games but everything works,put a brand new game in and still nothing.

I had the same problem the dat I bought mine. I had to send it back to Nintendo. They told me this is a common problem, but were quick to send me a shipping label, and told me I should have it back within 15 days.
