streaking

Question

All of a sudden I'm getting lines (never the same spot) across the printed pages. I have less than 10K copies printed. What could it be? (it happens intermittently, however, I have a paper to submit today and can't submit it with streaking lines across the pages!!) Please help me!!!!! I appreciate any help Thanks so much!

Hi there it will be either the drum unit for the color streaks you are getting or the fuser unit. Check the drum units for the streaks on them also check the fuser but the clue is when you have the streaks in different places. Most likely to be the drum units. You will need to replace.
