I have the same problem...and the main problem is that i cant uninstall it when i tery it says Internal error custom action DLL crashed on last call in function 'NeroAg_UnregisterComEx'. The installer must now exist

I m trying do install the same 1 from a different source it says that i have to uninstall the one i have now...but i just cant..plz help...

downlaod revo uninstaller from here.
then install it.
then open it then sleect your program which u want to uninstal.
then give next next untill it ask for delete registry entry delelte all registry entryt.then it uninstall it completely.
