typically ,most mouses no need to install the driver, and support for windows common mouse driver, but you have to find there is glow the light under the mouse when plug to port and need to check cable, there are 4 wires to connect pc (power + and - ,Data and clock, need to check 4 cables are connected to pc. you can use multi meter for checking the cable.also if there was showing error and display as unrecognized device pls change the mouse.
click start control panel under harware and sound view devices and printers you should see your mouse right click select open download mouse software once your usb mouse is connected windows 7 should automatically search for and update the drivers
