How do I align the print head to rectify fuzzy printing and omission of some staright lines in tables? I don't seem to have printer software available, in which Print Head Alignment utility is apparently available.

we somehow have lost the instruction book / menu booklet that shows how to do a alignment check on our printer. At the moment when we print the paper goes in straight but the print comes out off centre and is not in the boarders marked out on the software.we somehow have lost the instruction book / menu booklet that shows how to do a alignment check on our printer.
