Hiya. Have you tried the Canon website to get the latest printer drivers for it? Go here: http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mp_series/pixma_mp470 and click on the Drivers and Software bit, there's a 'Recommended For You' section that shows you the right drivers to download and get your printer working. Hope this helps :)
