33 1/2 of anything is 33 1/2.

Are you asking what 33 1/2 % of 678 is? Or what percentage of 678 is 33 1/2? Or something else?

64 bit version of Math Blaster

Sorry but there is no 64 bit version of Math Blaster. Luckely there is a way of playing this within a 64bit system. Please take a look at dosbox: http://www.dosbox.com/. If you install math blaster in this program, it will work.
A manual can be found here: http://www.dosbox.com/wiki/Basic_Setup_and_Installation_of_DosBox

How to make the pupils or students love math instead of hating it?

HA well im answering this with experiences of my math teacher Try to tell interesting stories about math (even if your exagerationg a little) with yourself in those stories also if that doesnt work make jokes durring the class not to the point where u offend your students but make them pretty bizzar and your students will buffen up to math. Also try to lower your homework if your giving a lot and gradually work your way up to ur current amount
