Irst upate it from your pc with firmware v3.00 second press menu then type 1570 or what ever your number is to get into nagravision then go to SET DEFAULT KEY PRESS OK TURN ON KEY EMU .now exit back to tv it should say channel updating when it gets to %100 and it should work
