Open the battery compartment and look at the codes underneath the battery. There will be two codes:

C1234 ###
B ####

It is the second code which is your pairing code.

Good luck!

Here is what you need to do. If you open the battery compartment, there will be a small label under the battery (I am going to presume, based on your last message, that you've already found that label).

Since I have a few of these headsets (and they all **** for numerous reasons), I know that they've changed the label layout at least three times. So here is what to look for:

On the small label with only two lines of codes and a square-digital barcode on the right side of the label, the number on the bottom (usually has a 'B' in front of it, but it could be another letter) is the paring code.
Sample looks like:

C1234 ## (# = digital bar code square)
B9876 ##

Only use the last 4 digits of the bottom code. So if your last line reads B9876, then 9876 is your pairing code.

On the larger label with four lines of codes and the square digital bar code on the left side, the second line is your pairing code.

Sample looks like:

#### C91321
#### 9876
#### GK22
adasda GG

The second line, 9876, is your pairing code and you can ignore the rest.

All Nokia HDW-2 Headset Pairing codes are 4 digits long. No more, no less. Hope that helps.

BTW, don't be a bit surprised if people cannot hear you over wind noise on this headset. It blows completely and entirely when it comes to wind noise.
