I cant find its driver even on its office site www.ucom-uae.com
The web site you mentioned does not show WebCam Drivers as it's supposed to. However, if you click on the different model camera's, and then click on the bottom of the page, on "download", you get to a page where the driver is available. For example, I was able to get this driver:
