Machine needs drum and developer, but a temporary fix would be...open front door near notice green handle where toner is replaced, look to the right of green handle and down about 2 or 3 inches, you should see a plastic or chrome cover the size of a postage stamp, remove the cover and you should see a 3/4 inch wide piece of glass barely sticking out, carefully grasp the glass and pull it out of machine, wipe the toner off the glass , put glass back in and replace cover , shut front cover and run copies .
