Eplace the Encoder Disk Assembly.
This message may have lit up as end of life counter or because the formatter is unable to correctly locate its position or rotationof the media roller.
this is an engineer call out for the repair I would NOT suggest that a customer is able to correctly fit this part as its deep within the plotter and many calibrations will need to be completed before the plotter is once again ready to print.
