Missing Colors Hi: I have a problem with my Canon Pixma iP6000D printer in that color printing results are green and yellow. Text print in black is ok. I have tried all the posted remedies like soaking, head cleaning, etc. and nozzle cleaning does nothing. I have also replaced the individual tanks a few times as I am using a compatible generic ink but continue to get the same green-yellow colors. Is there any test I can perform to determine if the machine needs a new Print Head before purchasing another?
