Try updating java and let me know. Also, go to add/remove programs and repair the MS .NEt Framework 2.0. Only 2.0 You may have MS .Net Framework 1.1 & 3.0. Do not touch those.

SOURCE: 7F debug code with no video output

Ok this from guest posted on July 11,2008 Not sure this will help anyone, but it seems to have "fixed" my problem.
1. I did all the normal(reseated cpu,took all ram out, cmos battery,re-set jumpers,disconnected hard drives(sata's) got nothing.
2.Put memory one stick at a time, into different memory slot.(got post with one stick in third slot).
3. Last thing that seems to gotten system to POST. Took out video cards.(remember I was running SLI. this board has three PCIe slots(middle one for single) oposite for Sli) like slot 1 and 3 for SLI. slot 2 for single card. WELL WHEN I MOVE ONE CARD INTO SLOT 2 SYSTEM POSTED AND THEN FINISHED BOOTING!! I feel in is the PCIe slots that are causing problem.
So if you only have one card. try placing that card in each slot. then into middle slot. it may clear SLI path allowing video signal too process. Sounds crazy but it worked for me. Or the God's of motherboard failures smiled on me this time.

PS: don't use it too often and before doing so make a back-up of the REgistry.
